45 Gedanken zu „Blizzcon Champion Explains the 4 Levels of Healing in WoW“
  1. if my healer eats random cc because they are pushing enemy instead of chilling back especially when they play with a warlock that has lots of cc on its own and shares dr with healers i am just going to kick them out of my group back to LFG GL HF

  2. Ive been duelist for 7 seasons straight never quite reaching 2.4 and according to this video I think like a duelist healer. And sometimes even doing the intentional getting ccd but yet I can't quite find the cherry on top to get that 2.4…

  3. You guys need to do more stuff for 1.4-1.6 as it's not always as scripted as some of the vids. I've died outside of enemy CD's I don't trade as based off the "script" perhaps it's a gear thing? what do you do when you need to use CD because normal dmg outside of CD's is so high?

  4. This video actually got me thinking that our troubles getting rating may be due to me focusing too much on my own performance. I never learned healing stuff myself and all these years I've been assuming our priest is doing what she's supposed to. I guess I have been so preoccupied with my own character, I never really looked at how she plays. Today we watched some arena matches from her perspective and I realized she's pretty much just standing in the open and spamming flash heal without really knowing what many of her buttons do. Also knowing some of the icons of other classes' abilities or using los to avoid cc would probably be useful to learn. I'll try next to get her to agree to go through some Level 0 stuff together and see if it helps us out of the 1400 range. I guess she doesn't have much time to put into the game these days, but considering she's my wife, we'll always be a team =)

  5. For me having awareness/knowledge of all of these things is one thing, but executing them is the other :-/ (could be an age, reflexes and lack of practice thing…)

  6. Bruh this video is one big bait. Healers most important job IS to heal!!!!
You can be godlike at cc chains, cooldown management and stuff, but if you cant heal then its game over. I would agree if the question was "Do you believe a healers ONLY job is to heal" but thats not even the question. And what the narrator is saying is different than the actual question on screen as well…..

  7. In shadowlands it's a bit difficult to say if your teammate is safe, the amout of consistent and burst damage some classes have is just ridicilous. In MoP and WoD, WotLK I could tell, if everything ok. In Shadowlands, after 3 seasons of playing – I'm still in shock what some classes can do, even outside their offensive CDs. I mean, look at DK, he's in a bad spot in terms of current meta, but in terms of balancing, he's kind of good. I mean, when he pops his CDs, he's dangerous, when it's over – his killing power is much, much lower. And look at fury warrior, bm hunter, monks, affli locks, non stop pressure and insane burst, like, wtf.

  8. nothing meant anything in this video.
"cooldown trades becomes a hallmark of challenger and rival gameplay"
LMFAO. guarantee you the guys playing at 1600 rating have no fucking idea what is going on. even the people at 1800 sometimes dont know what the hell they're doing.

  9. This guide is only useful for people who are totally geared out because if you/your partners don't have the gear you will ABSOLUTELY need to keep them topped off to stand a chance

  10. The question didn't have the word just in it. 'Just' means only. You can't change the question and tell people they're wrong bro.
"Do you think Tiger Woods gets hole-in-one's?" – Yes, yes he does. I've seen some of them.
"Do you think Tiger Woods just gets hole-in-one's?" – No, he isn't perfect.

  11. One of the top ones for me is healers that don’t help dps ever. When my healer teammate dispels nothing and says “wtf bro you didn’t kill them!”.

Yeah and the enemy healer (same class) did 200k damage and you did 0, plus they out healed you despite having less gear and had 10 dispels and you had 2….

I out dps’d out CC’d use CDs at better times than their dps but yes it’s my fault we lost. Some people are super delusional and never think they’re at fault.

If you think losses are always your partners fault no matter how many people you play with you are most likely the problem.

  12. It's funny because if you're not smart and paying attention, a great healer looks a lot like a bad healer. Since people don't have confidence in the knowledge of the healer's skill level, they just demand no funny business.
