The simplest thing for video order might simply be to do the zones in order of level. The next five should be rather simple, just do the traditional 2nd zone for each race and maybe put them in the order you did the the starting zones: Westfall, Loch Modan, Darkshore, (upper) Barrens, and Silverpine Forest.

Hey, Huzzah, after watching this video, I made a pretty interesting connection. The rares Muad and Deeb, I'm fairly certain, are actually, together, an homage to Frank Herbert's Dune universe as one of the main protagonists, Paul Atreides, is also known as Muad'Dib.
