why do people choose to play the old version?

I want to experience the game as it was but jesus not the bugs too,if they try to simulate the bugs too fuck that, i was so hyped i actually though wow classic was the old hardcore experience but with new UI and graphics and here i learn they try to implement spell lag i mean wtf that makes no sense,if they do it exactly as it was it means they are making it for just a bunch of people,new players like me will never get into it so its not for everyone to enjoy it as it was,its for old players to feel nostalgic and pay a sub or two

How sad is the state of MMO's ? Its so sad that a game from 15 years ago is the hottest thing on the horizon. over the last 15 years I have slowly realized how good vanilla WoW really was, no one has matched its awesome-ness to this day.

So I heard about this sometime ago. Really happy to see that it's happening! Also happy with when they have decided to set this. One concern I have is that some classes at this time were hugely underpowered. Like druids for example. At this time, feral drops were few and far between. I recall the server I played on only had one known raiding feral druid. He was in the top progression guild and therefore had access to the good drops, but for us mere mortals good feral drops were out of our reach. Which meant, 99% of druids were Resto.

So, will this be addressed in wow classic?

People are weird. Wanting to replay the same shit over they spent 1000 of hours on over 10 years ago.
