Great another unkillable healer
This spec might work really well with locks:
-You can protect them from CC effects
-You can assist them in doing huge damage. Locks are often able to chunk down enemy HP but really struggle with the finishing blow. They are easy to escape and shut down after their limited lockdown window of stun+coil is over. So having a healer that can take that extra 20% of someone's HP by surprise, that's a big deal
-This healer is hard cast reliant for throughput so it works well with wizards that soak interrupts or destroy stuff when you get focused
-The short range is less of an issue with a long range caster partner, especially since locks specialize in disrupting enemy setups
-Evoker can really increase lock mobility by flying them around. If your lock pushes offensively to pressure, but gets caught away from his portals, you can just pick him up and fly him to his nest of portals
-the interrupt is really nice for harassing those healers even more
-The sleep walk cc is really good with fear, since they are on a different DR. Sleep walk also doesn't remove dots or break instantly, so you can spam it with aff lock to just disrupt enemies while they rot away
-AoE stun is really strong with destro and affli
-Increasing CC effects by 50% on an enemy, is really really insane with locks. 3sec infernal stuns, 6sec axe toss stuns, 4,5sec mortal coils
-Having many defensive and healing cooldowns works well with locks, as they are passively very tanky, but lack strong defensive cooldowns
-Evoker's mana regeneration spells and possible good mana efficiency is really good for locks that often get dragged to dampening
-Speaking of dampening, the rewind ability might be a really good lifesaver, if enemies really try to pull off BFA stuff on locks, and take them to 90% damp to abuse their lack of defensives
They need to change the range there’s no reason boomie should have 45 yard range and Evoker limited to 25 that’s insane at least let it be 35 like wtf???

So… how is that useful? It's like a worse version of monks roll. It's not completely useless but it's not making up for the weakness. You get away… ok… now you need to get back because you are completely out of range due to 25 yard healing range… great. 200 IQ… you need 2×35 sec to get away and get back in for healing while all the other movement abilities of any dps who is going to chase you, are significantly less.
Idk but so far they messed the class up…. the kit is too broken to have a full healer range but it's too bad for the current range.

Prob hunter feral. Its high mobility will make the comp hard to deal with due to its high mobility. Locks and rouge will also dominate with it in 2s I think

They don't seem bad at all even for PvP they have a very high mobility, great defensives huge burst healing, super strong utility and the potential do deal big damage. The only thing holding it from being absolutely ridiculous is the 25 yard range maybe they could increase it to 30 yards but they look really good
