Hello Spookluke, well you're the one being toxic here. I agree that's not fair play from them to not wait for your internet to be back but it's not forbidden. You can't report players for that. And then you're saying "karma incoming" and also "it's gonna be a great short". Eventually you made the short in order to humiliate them by showing their nicknames (in front of a lot of people with 300K+ followers) because you felt you had the right to but no because that's harassement.

I hope you will understand and make public excuses in front of these players (who are likely to be harassed on epic/steam and social medias because of you) and in front of your audience and of course delete this awful video that doesn't even represent your great work on this channel.
