  1. This is what's bad though… In every day lobbies, you cannot rely on your teammates AT ALL. So all this training is for if you have a reliable teammate, because most times, that teammate would go after the damn ball.

  2. If you’re worried about your teammate in this situation, you have to understand that not every situation is the same and there isn’t one answer for everything. If your teammate decides to go here, as a solo q player trying to rank up you need to know you have to be watching not just your opponents but also your teammates and reacting to whatever play they make, with this spacing you should be able to see if your teammate will or will not go while still covering potential threat to your net. What Luke says here is for the most part correct.

  3. Luke you should do one on when to challenge at back post because me and many others probably are confused when to challenge and you hear, go back post, back post rotations. But you don't know when to challenge an challenge to early and get it hit around you, or challenge to late and it's in your net. I always misconcept when to go or not at the far/back post if you could make a video on that it would be so helpful for my 1s games.
