If you've been following wotc professional magic since the start of the millennium you'd know that they have punished unintentional and intentional cheaters. 3.wotc has also stated that a protour event while having a high REL will be more lax when in front of a camera. That is because they want people to experience pros playing magic not rules lawyering magic. 4. You gotta lay off the caffeine man, you repeat your argument multiple times and don't add to it. 5.
