At the end of the day stab draco meteor is just better and more applicable than stab hurricane, jugulis wouldn’t even get stab meteor even if it had it

Roaring moon and flutter mane and iron bundle are imo the biggest buffs we got. Running either proto speed or attack on all of those would be a big threat…
