Im back again to let you know in the comments that I would love to see a specific pokemon named Swallot featured in a battle. I know it can swallow anything your opponent throws its way, like when Carl gulped down the croissant in Jimmy Neutron.

I'm so happy that the ice type got a buff this generation, it's my favorite type.
"It's a nice day in the school yard, but now it's actually a blizzard" I really don't like how there are no changes in the battle background at all apart from the snowflakes. It just looks like it is snowing in summer. Sw/Sh at least changed the sky to cloudy and had everything become more pale overall. One more point where it feels like the design team behind this game had zero motivation
Snow is an interesting concept. I was unaware of the 50 percent defense boost for ice types. I'm going to make a snow team on Showdown now. I'd like to see if Luxray has any competitive use in gen 9.
