  1. Unfortunately wave management with certain champions like Urgot (for example) is basically hard mode. He has arguably the weakest levels 3-6 or 3-9 of any top laner (with some exceptions) until he gets his W toggle, and you will push the wave eventually wether you want to or not, which makes it easy to get killed, ganked, or have opponent freeze wave.

  2. I think wave management wasn't so clear since he talked about alot of stuff. Let me summarize it:

    1. If you are winning
-You want to freeze in front of your tower to deny cs or kill your opponent. Don't use abilites which could break the freeze except if you can kill your opponent.
-If you are pushing, just slow push the wave in for a back or fast push it in so it bounces back and you can start freezing again

    2. If you are loosing
-You also want to freeze if possible as your opponent won't be able to engage you under tower
-If you are pushing there is not much you can do as trying to push the wave in will get you killed. You can only try to bait the enemy into pushing(very risky vs some opponents like ghost-darius) or wait for your jungler. If you are low elo you can also just wait till your opponent pushes since he doesn't know better.
