Hey Jordan, Ben, J and DK. So im 24 and ive been on and off with a girl since freshman year (so 10 years ago). We decided to go our seperate ways a month or so ago and i just cant seem to get over her or get the motivation to move on and get out there. Just asking for any advice you have.
Hi Jordan! (and other people) I just started Highschool and have found my self at a loss for friends, I have joined a few things but all have turned up with nice people I can't really talk too. I was considering starting a club for something I'm very into but I'm worried not enough people will join or that the school will shoot me down because this thing is ever so slightly in another club, should I keep sticking it out and looking for friends or just start the club (I'm a freshman and the club will be about something called Overwatch League
I am in first year and there are two girls who I get along with really well. Another person in my class seems to get along with one of them well also. What do I do? Also also the other person doesn’t like me very much.
Hey Non-Pirates! What do you guys think of online dating? Background: I have no idea where to meet people since graduating college… My workplace is literally all women, my church group is full of guys either too young or already taken, and I don't drink or enjoy the bar scene, so those are kinda out of the question. My brother met someone through a free dating app, and they're going on about 7 months now and she's really nice. I'm not too sure about that though, because I like staying anonymous online and it feels a little sketchy. But… it's the times, right? And my type is the sensitive, nerdy type who would be online for this kind of thing… so… does that mean I should go for it? I'm just not sure I'm comfortable with that. But short of the chances of someone I know knowing someone that I would like and setting me up, I can't meet anyone!
HEY BROTHER'S AND SISTERS so I'm a year 10 but doing year 11 work and my teacher expects year 13 or higher quality work in my worst subject ( English ) and I've noticed that my personality and habits are changing because of the stress how do I deal with this please help
I’m currently a sophomore in high school, and a friend of mine who’s graduated high school (last year) said I should try out for a musical at the local theatre. However, I have never performed in a play before, but I have gotten the lead in a play at school. And just for additional info, the theatre I would be trying out for is professionally done. As in the actors get paid and even critics are coming to the show. It’s honestly quite scary and I don’t know if I should audition, or wait until I have a few more performances under my belt that I can put on a resume for it. P.S. The musical I would be trying out for is West-Side Story, and the play I got a lead in is really small and meant to be a time filler.
Hey Brothers, DK, and Jordan!!! I have had a crush on this girl for a long time but have never summed up the courage to tell her. I heard through a couple of friends that she found out and had said that she would never consider liking me. However, this was a long time ago when I was six inches shorter and a LOT more socially awkward. Since then, we have become very close friends and there have been moments where she acts in a way that makes me think that she likes me. How do I tell her that I want to be more than friends with her? We also share the same birthday and we both love Harry Potter. Thank you guys so much!!!!!
hey jordan and you other 3, i have an UPDATE . this is in response to the wingman question where you proposed a plan for sky diving. heres the condensed version of the story; so i couldnt do skydiving, because it was just too much money and it was out of the way and just too much of a hassle. but… luckily in australia we have lots of other scary creatures, and i found out the girl is scared of spiders. this plan was amazing, and i should be hired as a general or something cause it worked perfectly. anyway, i managed to set up a situation with my friend close by, and he acted as the hero, and although they arent dating just yet, i certainly saw something special there. below is some extra optional info:
also, i should point out that there happened the spider was not harmed, and was relocated to a nice quiet tree in the area, and as curious boys who grew up with spiders, we both knew what we were doing, so there was no real harm in the situation, also the spider was not poisonous but scary looking
for those curious, the plan was as follows: the spider was safely/sneakily placed nearby the target, with my friend nearby, the target started freaking out and my friend went over and bravely moved the spider on to a quiter area

We have been out a few times and last time we went out, he said he loved me. I have barely known him and we haven't even established if we are "dating" yet. I do think it would make me better but i don’t now why i can’t decide to start, i’ve never went to a psychologist before. Any advice on starting?
I am currently in the whole friend gets a girlfriend doesn’t want to leave her side thing and I honestly am letting him have at it because ik eventually thell get tired of being by each others side 24/7
