  1. i was like the bot is way worse then when i played against it maybe it learned or leth is way too good, but when i saw this 6:25 im sure it became better by learning because in my games it will never flick like this

  7. I just got done playing Nexto and it legit never missed a shot like it does in this video lol it took me three hours to finally beat it by one goal

    Edit: just found out I was playing a newer version of Nexto lmao. It's insane– all the flicks are perfect top corner or crossbar down and it is a lot better at forcing you to challenge. The only way I could score was cross map air dribbles or a perfect flick

  9. Now we just need to teach it how to Quickchat like a real rocket league player. "What a save!" every time he scores. "Whoops!" when he gets scored on. "GG" ONLY when he wins. "Great pass!" when his teammate passes the ball to the wrong team. "Nice demo!" every time his teammate gets a demo. etc…

  13. Another example of how AI, especially with Qbits, is overpowering animal life (so, humans too) soon enough.

    More video related: dribble+flick is near to perfection. Melee play is intensly strong. Medium plays are doable and long distance + arials = new territory for the developers. Team plays exist and can go beyond expectation but seems very trivial.

    Also, these things seems to be a bit more outbalanced in 3v3s. So also playstyles is something that needs a lot of adjustment by the developers.
    My observations for now and I might be off.

  19. Interesting how weak the airplay was against you… That didn't happen for me when I got a good one. I'm just a champ, so not everyone is good. I'm just saying the good ones.

    The only observable faults were boost, bumps, backboard reads and no real mindgames, wavedash etc. And air dribbles / wall plays.

    I believe this bot will be able to get smart enough to get boost and the occasional bump as well as wall plays and air dribbles and even stronger defense. I don't see it doing fakes (other than input reading) or doing fancy stuff though

  26. Leth REALLY left pro league because he’s an unfair advantage for any team he joins. Im nearly convinced leth knows almost every permutation and is only limited by the controller and latency

  28. watching leth get so infuriated at bots was the funniest thing I've seen in a while. jokes aside tho, thats insane. people like Mertzy couldn't win a 1v1 against Nexto on his first try while leth is out here 1v3 ing them and winning. great content leth, keep going!
