  1. i feel like i disagree with what you say is important for alt choice. I personally purposely pick a class with different playstyle so i can experience all of em. Right now i have ret for tankier low mobile melee, outlaw for squishy mobile, warlock for immobile caster and mage/boomy for mobile

  2. Plenty of succesful ferals also play alts:
Snupy played hunter and outlaw rogue and fury
    Axtin plays ret
Bean plays ret among several others
    Sporadiclive plays hunter and priest

There's also plenty of exceptions to your models
Venruki plays dh and frost which is on brawler side, but also ww and fire mage. He plays like everything.
Supatease plays many different both healers and dps
Chanimal plays aff lock but also boomkin of the other side of the spectrum.

I get that it's a list that's meant to describe how it is generally but with this many exceptions (just among the known high-profile streamers/youtubers) it doesn't sound that accurate. Seems better to use this as a pointer to what you could maybe play, but doesn't seem like one should feel locked into one of these categories.

  3. The Ultimate guide, Don't ALT… it's absolutly not worth the investment when it's thrown away every season and the catch up mechanics are dreadfull and tedious and just poorly designed…

  4. Me playing a variety of alts and understanding different classes require different gameplay
Skill Capped: No don't do that! You're too dumb to do that! PLAY ONLY WITHIN OUR VENN DIAGRAM!

  5. I've recently come to learn that having alts is the one biggest thing preventing me from rating progression. I've never got past 1800 but I've been playing every class at max level for the last 17 years, rarely focusing on any one of them as a "main." The closest thing to a main was my warrior, which was also when I got highest ratings, so there's a clear correlation. However, I can't bring myself to delete any of them and the simple fact they're there is enough for me to not be able to focus on just one. It's infuriating. I feel like I gotta just bite the bullet and delete all of them but one or two and really push them, but I haven't managed to pluck up the courage yet…

  6. my main is shadow priest, playing holy as alt, my 2nd alt is DH , 3rd one is sub rogue. it is more fun to mix cos i am not pro player and will never be. it is better to learn the other side of the actioni n arena.

  7. Why assume that someone who wants to play an alt wants to play the exact same thing as they already do :/
If anything I would play an alt to experience a different playstyle and approach to gameplay…

  8. its kinda sad how bliz balances healers so poorly
not sayin that they arent viable but i really enjoy playing with like rshams for example
and anytime im tryna q its just hpriest hpriest hpriest hpriest

  9. I think it's worth to mention that even though some alts are easier for you, if you're bored of playstyle and want to try something new, you shouldn't follow this video instructions. Even though it will be suboptimal and harder for you to learn new playstyle and class at the same time, if change of playstyle gets your more enjoyment, it's fine.

  10. Imo I'd put outlaw into the third row cause as main sp, I play this spec over the other rogue spec cause I got pretty much the same mindset gameplay with peels and utilities for my team.

The only thing that outlaw is different than sp is I actually can do dmg xD

  11. Awesome vid! I play a warr and Hpall. I find that playing a healer is a great way to learn the game as a dps. If you are having trouble getting groups as a dps, play a healer and grind matches. Then use your achievements to get better groups on your dps toon

  12. Meanwhile I still can't decide which one should i level up between fury war, rogue(outlaw maybe) fire mage.I find it funny cuz these 3 classes seem to be on different category or playstyle LOL

  13. I have mained a paladin for 12 years. My main alts are shadow priest, ele shaman, and arms warrior. Literally all support characters. I guess my subconscious wants me to support people. Lol.

  14. I've mained warrior and warlock for many years. I usually just play the flavor of the month for their specs. Currently play fury warrior and affliction lock which would make sense. But I also play ret paladin this xpac. I'm someone who likes to control and set the pace of a game while being able to peel and burst when I can
