  1. Don't completely agree. If you start learning it earlier on it can give you an edge against other players. But I agree with wayton, learning it isn't the hard part, perfecting it is. especially on kickoffs if you can't say where you're going to hit the ball before you flip, just don't do it. but on the field to move around and gain speed, it's just the quickest way to reach supersonic. Necessary no but usefull.

  2. Bro says wait to gc to learn anything lol 😂. He like “yea you should prolly only learn to hit the gas when you hit gc” 😂 here’s the thing. Learn whatever you want to learn because this is a video game, have fun!!! Unless you’re tryna go pro or get extremely high ranked just learn what you want and have fun! 🙌

  3. I'm gonna be honest, maybe it's just me being bad at speedflips (first of all I know for a fact I can do them because I tried it on that one musty training pack, just gotta work on perfect precision) but for real even tho I get to the ball first easily it's low key a worse kickoff like I always just hit it right into my opponent and because I reach it first it bounces off him deep into my side of the field and what have I accomplished…is the speed flip only effective against a speed flip?

  4. In my opinion it's really worth it even before gc i practiced it at diamond and i don't remember the time that i got comfortable with it but now i have a huge advantage on kickoffs like i almost won them all rn im C1
And i speed flip over the map when I'm rotating back and stuff not normal flipping i just got used to it

  5. You should name your next short "The TRUTH about SpookLuke" and then explain how you don't pay the people you get things from, and how you try and get away with charging nearly $2000 for mediocre coaching from a hardstuck GC.

  6. If you don’t speedflip you get beat to everything. It’s so useful for speeding up. You can learn it pretty quickly by just doing it everytime you flip. I barely practiced it in free play and learned it in like a week.

  7. Ngl speedflips are not that hard at least on kbm. You literally just have to flip while sliding my fingers from W and E to S and D (W and Q to S and A for the left version) while flipping. I just never really liked controllers so I never tried to learn speedflipping using one so idk how difficult it is for controller players, but i think its pretty damn easy on kbm. You can get extremely consistent with it if you practice enough.

  8. maybe not very necessary, but it is completely worth learning before hitting gc. Nowadays you can see many people doing speedflips during kickoffs way before gc, even in diamonds. Chance of conceding immediately from kickoffs because your normal kickoff loses to a speedflip is pretty low, unless you completely miss the ball. but most of the time the ball will go high over to your side to the corner, and it will be in a very awkward position for your "non gc" teammates to go for.

  9. I really don’t think some of these guys should coach. That’s like telling a new driver “you don’t need to parallel park, it’s not usually necessary”, which in most places is true, but you should still try to learn it. The sooner you can get these mechanics down the better in my opinion. Like I learned to wave dash in gold and there were times that it gave me a competitive edge
