Can we get appjack and comm road to ssl type thing

Getting to SSL without aerialing is CRAZY tbh. Ik comm is a pro and all but I think you def should be able to fast aerial and hit the ball. You wouldn’t need any flashy mechanics not even air dribbles but you’d def need to be able to at least boost and hit the ball or you’d get torched every time the opponent has control of the ball in the air

It’s easy for world class pros to say “ just hit the ball hard “ but there is layers to that. That means being quick to reach doubles, shooting, passing, clearing, playing off your own back board, flicks. Having precision and power in all those areas you deserve atleast GC

Yeah I call bullshit dude. Even being consistent with making touches that’s never enough. As you rank higher it seems like you can never get to the ball fast enough. There’s always someone there to hit it back, counter or block your shot. “Fancy” free styling may not be needed but there’s reasons why it’s so effective and that’s because it’s hard to read what they’re gonna do with the ball. Just hitting it and clearing it all the time can get you to SSL? Why is this guy being ridiculous? Like wtf

Why are they capping so hard? Is it April fools?

I love how defense isn’t accounted for like staying midfield is a death sentence in ssl if the opponents know how to pass. I tried that exact style with someone and if your opponents just boom it over half field and someone is either demoing or cherry picking you’re done for. It depends on the teammate you have because if your teammate does the same thing, you aren’t winning at all

One thing is you gotta know your angles, like being able to pre jump a ball coming off the wall
