He crits on fresh level 70s and is laughing like crazy wait till you fight players with pvp gear and you will see the difference in damage right away. i also do crazy damage on my warrior to fresh level 70s and i only have Thunder lol
this item is 100% bugged. gives a huge range boost. i have it proc on mage when i novad and around 20 yards away from him. it looks so stupid. i mean im an enhance shaman and i love it but it is clearly bugged.

Deep Thunder's proc rate is absolutely atrocious. Just made it today and tested it to verify. I would be surprised to see it proc even once in 10+ arena matches. Good thing the stats are still worthwhile. The proc is completely inconsequential for anyone reading. **EDIT**: Do not confuse this with warrior Mace Specialization talent. Deep Thunder's proc rate is inconsequential.
