  1. I think the small boosts are fine, but taking out the inner full pads would probably help a lot. Even though there will still be a lot of boosts, you're going to have to be much further from any net if you go for a full boost pad. The problem with keeping the boost ratio is you'll ruin the symmetry of the big boosts, and with the extra players and the more distance you will have to cover I think the current amount of small boosts are fine as opposed to reducing them to keep in line with standard map. The amount of boosts and map size may not scale proportionally with each other as well as the increased player count.

  2. I feel like this is a game mode where you can add a formation, like a square where there is 2 attacker and 2 defenders, or a diamond like 1 defender, 2 wingers and a striker. Kind of like football.

  3. Bro. This is awesome. I want to try this so bad. I think the only thing that needs to change is the map needs to be about 10% thinner, from one side to another. Adjust the boost pads to compensate. And maybe put more color into the backboard areas so it's easier to see. And try to tell the players to do more ground play. Or even take some extra pads out to encourage a little more ground play. Since it's harder to fly all over the map like these pros are used to doing anyways. Give it another try soon!

  4. im no game designer, but i agree that keeping the width the same while extending the goals could work really well. with the ball physics, i feel like this map lacks the passing range by being over extended. having a player right field while the ball is left is an extreme distance it needs to travel for a successful pass. keeping the same width as standard could create plays that need more distance and thus maybe slower gamplay until you reach the other side of the field where passes would become a lot more necessary to get around 4 players

  5. This is an amazing idea! I really hope to see this in the future. How to shorten it though? Less games per series with longer matches? Or a hefty demo respawn time? Slightly smaller map like 20% smaller or slightly larger goal (10% or so?) Just curious how to make it slightly faster pace. Look forward to seeing your next iteration of this!

  6. Next, rocket fifa. Giant field, 11 v 11, off-sides detection, goalie can't pick up boost but they get unlimited inside the goalie box, demos are fouls/penalties. Basically make it as close as possible to a real soccer game just played with supersonic acrobatic rocket powered battle cars.
