I agree but to add and idk if anyone agrees but setting up your own shots/recovering from mistakes is a good use of freeplay. Instead of just using wall to air dribble over and over
Normally I just practice air dribbles and double taps but recently in the higher D3 lobbies i get i don’t have any chance to really pull them off and score so i’ve been practicing ground play and my flicks and it’s been getting better
Id disagree somewhat the problem is people in gold and plat try learning to flip reset and other fancy mechs when they over look standard ball control which is why you should go in free play control the ball and practice ground mechanics
I dont agree with that, it might not be the path to get new mechanics but by doing that i feel more confortable with touched around the map and helped me being a little faster and now i'm c2 without mechanics and practising few hours a week
If freesyling wasn’t a thing I would probaly be a higher rank I am now. I got obsessed with freestyling and it wasn’t until 4 months later I wasn’t improving. Im slowly getting out the habbit of freestyling. But it’s very hard
My free play routine is going for air dribble if I miss try to save it than take a dribble down field and flick repeat than just take some passes and control it than shoot
Freeplay is not about mechanics, it's about learning how the ball bounces off the arena and your car and learning to anticipate it better. So free play is important and you shouldn't stop it just because you're not perfect.
Can you make a video on how to air dribble?,cause every video that I have watched is really complicated do I thought I'd ask you because you are giving tips.
does it count that I just shoot the ball off the face off and try like double taps when it in the middle spots and redirects when I get the ones to the left or right

And if u know every important mechanics and a flashy ,but still in d3/c1 ?

Mario odyssey has a list of every mechanic in the game. Maybe Psyonix should make one
What is the best way to practise air dribble bumps?

Hard disagree, turning my brain off in Freeplay taught me how to chain resets and get really consistent when pretty much any air mechanic
Mans are really stealing a living by scamming kids and teaching them how to be good at a game😂😂
Me training phsycos:
