Thanks, I just got it. Its now a ilvl 180 weapon and not account bound any longer.

Just commenting that the buff you get from the ballista runs down if you log out. I went to the mushrooms and it was crowded so I thought I would log out and try again later, when I logged back in I no longer had the ballista WQ buff.

What quest unlocks au narim?

you got to move fast doing the quest once you do the first ballista you need to get the other one done fast or you will eat up the time on that buff, if unsure if you have the gear to kill these things fast enough you could get a couple friends invited in your group and do the quest together that way you can get credit for both ballista's real fast i seen some groups do both ballista's with in 1 min 2 people at one ballista and 2 at the other all gets credit, then once the quest is complete while you have the buff you don't need to be in a group any longer and then go to the flight master at the theater of pain and fly to renounced bastille that will get you there rather then just using your ground mount and then head the rest of the way east to the location of the mushrooms, NOTE getting to the mushrooms you don't want to waste time fighting mobs all over there just mount there real fast to where the mushrooms are if mobs start to chase you just keep going they will disengage eventually, don't waste time fighting them try to avoid them completely try not to aggro anything if you agro 1 or 2 mobs and get hit and dismouunted your screwed,
if your a rogue it's not a problem because you can just use vanish and then sprint, but if not get there asap with out having mobs chase you, before you do it do some trial runs on getting to the mush rooms so you know the best path to take to get to the location of the mushrooms with out running into mobs or even elite mobs, if that happens and your hit your all done. if your killed i believe your buff is gone. even bring some healing potions or maybe some stealth potions like the

not sure if it works on level 60 mobs but you can test it and see if it does work then bring that with you as well.
remember getting to the mushrooms in a timely manner is the 2nd hardest part, the first is getting the quest done fast enough so you don't eat too much time on your butt you would want to have at least 2 to 3 min no less.
once at the mushrooms, eat 4 of them and then use the scroll and your just about there not far from the arm to loot, so this will be the easiest way, if i was you i would get a group to help you, so you don't east as much time from the buff i' have seen some people try it solo and screw up by taking too much time to complete both ballista's and only have 1 min left to get to the mush rooms and run right out of time on the buff just as they was to use the scroll, and not make it..
so get a group with you so you can complete the quest real fast and have more time on your buff.

JUST IN CASE: You need to be lvl 60 in order for the arm/sword to spawn and be visible in the arena. Also if you set your Hearth to the "Renounced Bastille" (basically where the flight path at 67,45 is located) it saves on travel time once you complete your world quest on the west side of the zone. From there you just run over and pick up your Redcap mushrooms and use the scroll to hearth to the arena.

Just attempted this on my druid, and I went there with only the 4 stacks of the red mushroom strength buff, like your video shows and like I've seen in other videos, (no "battle-hardened" buff), and I didn't receive the arm pet 🙁 didn't realize I would need both the battle-hardened buff and the 4 mushrooms along with the potions, so that's good to know though!

Had all the buffs, potions and all. Sword didn't want to get pulled out. Typical blizz…
