It sucks that rshaman offensive legendary choice is tied to big passive damage with rng knock effect. I would love to have more interactive gameplay, other than pressing one button once every 5 minutes
No mention of Unleash Shield? For Restoration Shaman it is quite a decent pick and can compete in the situational PVP talent slot.
