So the reason why Maiden appears so difficult is because it seems your group wasn't aware that you do not take any damage at all during Desperate Prayer's cast if you stand near her. The mechanic works the same way as it does on flex Kara.
So ideally you get pushed back by the Nova into the fountain, then you immediately run towards her (you only take 1 or 2 ticks of Holy damage) and stay there until the cast has about a second left, then you move out towards the next fountain.
Healing requirement was tight because everyone was breaking the "standing in fire" rule 😛

also prince p3, already at the end of p2, people can just stay in shadowrealm, since you can dmg and tank in shadowrealm without dealing with the infernals
