Some people I've notice to improve the Hoplite aoe damage is to get windfury and use the Wind Slam enchant. But there is a Worldforged enchant that does good aoe damage as well called the Stormgarde. It works together with Lightning shield as the shield slam hits 3 enemies with a chain lightning-like attack and restacks the Lightning shield stacks. I plan to dive deeper into this and make a Lighting Gladiator out of it
