Hi DB & J’s (DK, Ben, Jordan, and J). I don’t have a question, I just wanted to use that greeting since it popped into my head. Thanks for the fun videos! P.S. Jordan, I suggest investing in a nice winter hat and gloves you can wear every day with most jackets/coats to protect you from those cold winds this winter. East coast winter winds are brutal!
hmm, I have no fashion sense and for me, my entire goal of high school was to use the computer lab as much as possible. I only wore jeans, t-shirts and a sweat jacket when it was too cold. That was my wardrobe….it still kind of is. It's a good thing, why change.
I really didn't try to fit in. :p
Also be cautious on the advice given today…they won both games; but the first game maybe was because of some cheating.
It sounds like she's afraid to change, that she's worried how others will think of her differently. She needs to do two things. 1) Find her style (don't let the past influence it, don't let others influence it). 2) Learn to care less about other's opinions on your style.
Jordan: You guys do all have. . . really great style. B,J&DK: Thanks / appreciated (wow what a nice thing to say). – Pause – Jordan: Well cool (k, noone is complimenting me on my style so I'll cry myself to sleep tonight).
Today’s topic was about fashion so why not another fashion question! Ben, Dordan, DK, and J I am a teenage girl who has had long hair her whole life. It is always in a pony tail also. I like my hair and all, but I don’t like the work of maintaining it. I was looking a short hair cuts, and I really only like the really short ones. I am afraid of losing my “image,” and I’m also afraid I’m only doing it for the less work. Any thoughts on changing hair?
I don't want to sound insulting, but two words of advice. 1) Ben, don't be afraid to go on the attack, three people will lead to more scores than two, and even though you might risk giving up a goal, because no one is back, that's fine, you can always earn it back. 2) J, pick something and stick to it. It is find to want to do everything, but than can affect proper team play. Stay on the attack, and let Ben and DK defend. You should obviously still go back if your opponent is on the attack, but if you stay up front and let Ben or DK lead the ball, you will get easier shots. 3) Nothing for DK, keep doing what you're doing, but as a whole, try to be aware of where your teammates are, because sometimes not going for the ball and trying get into and advantageous position for after the initial strike is better. Just so you know, I have never played Rocket League, this is just what I've noticed based on your current game play, and from all of the other Rocket League game play I have seen.
Just to clear things up, like everyone understands that they're supposed to be ok with who they are but like still half the population isn't. its just like a feeling you can't help but feel, ya know? but i don't necessarily want to change my style, the only reason i would want to change it is due to this issue of feeling kinda different. But jordan really hit me with a thick wall of realization when she pointed out that i said "normal girl". like i didn't even realize i had put that. like i can dress girly and look hella girly if i want to, but i dont, and it just kinda sucks that i can't do that without feeling a little out of place. but thanks guys!
also im just gonna say that i saw this go up when i got to school and had a hunch it was my question and couldn't watch it. i had a bunch of time after my math test to but i forgot my headphones at home and was DEVASTATED
im commenting a lot whoops but this is a special moment for me LOL but my twin sister has a better sense of style than me, and i say this objectively, meaning she has a more complex understanding of fashion, and just being next her her, often wearing something much simpler kinda just makes it worse
Hello everyone, I have a question, In my computer tech class {middle school} I am given a lot of work to do in class and because we are working with small robots I cant do it at home. At the moment I'm doing well in the class but this is because instead of building the robot/circuit I'm doing the work on the online emulator. I still understand all the concepts, but to get good grades I'm doing it all on the computer instead of actually making the circuit/robot.
Should I continue working on it the way I am and get good grades {and still understand the concepts} or should I take extra time to physically build it?
Hi Jordan, Jonathan, Derek, and Benjamin, I’ve noticed that I have a talent for misreading situations and people (mainly my mother), attempting to pacify something I assume she is going to be furious at me for, and accidentally making her angry for a reason I hadn’t seen coming. Do you have any ideas for improving my ability to read my mother?
Unfortunately I haven’t been watching SCG videos lately, but the funny thing is, is that last weekend i went shopping with my friend who normally dresses a bit girlier than me, and she convinced me to get a shirt that I liked but wouldn’t normally wear
"There is no such thing as normal girl?" – I disagree in some way. There such thing as social archetype of "normal" girl and that's why everything that strays from it might be not accepted in some ways by some parts of society.
Umm… dk got boomed at 3:55 and he still played right after.
3:45
Jordan: "I didn't start wearing makeup until I was like 17"
DK: "Me neither"
😂😂😂
You do you, everything else is posing. Style doesn't care what other people think, otherwise it would be called fashion.

Hey, brothers, since when was it one question per video? Or did I miss something? Or did you guys just get distracted by the original question?
Ben, DK, Jay, and Jordan, I like your videos, but at times it gets repetitive. I think you should start playing online fames
Holy sh*t. my new favorite episode of rocket league EVER

Jordan, since you lived near St. Louis, are you a Cardinals fan by any chance?
My opinion of you may or may not change based on your answer.
(It probably won't)

11:45 DK have your parents never told you to not trust suspicious people with "exclusive shoes" in their vans.
14:28 Lol did he make the comment late…?
This might be the most helpful scb gaming episode. Thank you everyone.

In the first game, DK got boomed and he carried on playing
