I'm gonna play it myself so I would watch but I don't want spoilers.

People keep saying "For its time" When they refer to OoT.
I played OoT for my first time in the 2010's on my wii. That game. That game stands the test of time easily. It is one of my favorite games ever, and I didn't even have rose tinted goggles to play it.
So, Screw "For its time."
OoT is one of the best Zelda games, and it's one of the best games in general.

I highly recommend anyone to give it a shot.

I'm so desperate to play totk but played botw on wii u and can't afford a switch. It's so sad because I've looked forward to totk for years now but can't play it for probably years after release.

I really wanted to watch this, I settled down to get into the detail and knowledge of Zelda. Instead we get a long haired fool acting like an idiot to pad out his video. Disappointed.

This would make my brain hemorrhage to watch that! I've not even play all the games but who in the right mind would even say those awful takes and call themselves a fan!??
If I had to do a #HOTTAKE I'd say Skyward Sword is borderline C/B but that's a rough score.
I just desired more from little every aspect of the game even the best parts, story/dungeons/bosses. Feels pretty empty outside the main game, ironically/unironically depending on how you look at it, botw was the 180 from SS in most ways and for the better!

It's just watching this made me realize something…
You're bias showed more than you lead on and you're WAY too fair for some of these games, just based off what you said about them not my own bias.
You made some games sound lower than what you ended up rating them like SS. You gave SS an A tier..but it definitely lacked hard in things to things to do in the sky, it was a big pointless wasteland. I thought you'd at least gave it a B, I'd give it a Hard C to C+ because nothing in the game was on point satisfaction even the best parts could of used more to help make up for the HARD lacking elements. Crafting felt essentially pointless, sky islands were barren, nothing to really do beyond the story (few side things like bug collecting) it felt more easy than most Zelda's aside from Ghirahim/Demise (even tho I was kinda underwhelmed and let down by both 😕). A lot of the difficulty came from..you guessed it the hardware/"gimmick" controls which I do like just it is frustrating at times especially with Ghirahim (I gave up at least once after dozens of times in one sitting).
There's other areas I felt less impressed or could of been more unique, like that "Medusa" boss Tentalus was ehh, other boss designs were better but still lacking or I wanted more to the actual fights. Even wanted more story, overall I expected WAYYY too much from Skyward Sword from what I heard over the years sadly 😔 I kinda wish I played it before botw now, it would've been better!

Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link actually is what set precedents for the series. Sure we still follow the dungoen design and shop designs of Zelda 1. But the magic meter, came from Zelda 2, the stamina bar, DID NOT COME FROM SKYWARD SWORD! it came from Zelda 2, the major enemies we fight, came from Zelda 2, the items we use in almost every Zelda game, came from Zelda 2, the spells we get that turn into medallions and nayrus love etc, came from Zelda 2. Zelda 2 is a hard game that Nintendo tried doing something interesting with and it didn't go in the direction anyone wanted. Does it deserve F? No. D? Certainly. Now Windwaker being an S? Most certainly not. That's a rushed unfinished B tier game if I ever saw one.

Isn't there a ds zelda game that theirs like 4 or 3 links pf different color. That was my 1st and only zelda game and loved.

BotW is nowhere near OoT for it's time. Like you said, it doesn't have any real dungeons (although I loved the beasts). That alone should remove one point.

The fact that you put a game that canonically has the worst writing/dialogue/characters/durability system and yet the highest budget in SS tier makes this whole list trash.

When you were talking about a link between worlds, what song was playing? I know I've heard it but I can't place it and it's driving me crazy.
