Hydra's HOLY PRIEST PvP Beginners Guide

damn it man I have two holy priests, One horde and One alliance. Everytime I looked up holy pvp stat prio I was instantly told vers mastery. I always thought haste would be better but I just went with google. Now hydra has this build and im kicking myself for wasting all that conquest and honor lol

i prefer holy ward on bgs because they usually get on me all the fucking time. Vers-haste or mastery-vers???

Now I just need a pawn string for the stat priority.

this is so funny and weird. holy priest was always the weak/mediocre healer in pvp, but bcs they nerfed discos, people swapped to holy:D

Good morning Hydra,

i am playing priest for almost 2 month, and i started with disci spec.
Next week i'll have an other 2000 soul ashes and i got a big big dubt, and maybe you can help me.

I started with Sephuz's proclamation (210) on my chest ( to maximaxe stats) but i'm realizing that i can change a piece of equipmente that doesn't have versa + haste on the vendor.
First of all i have to say that as a new player i don't have a fixed teamcomp, but i mostly play with random people on the finder, but the comp that i am enjoyin most, right now is disci + retpal +mm/bm hunter.

The dubt is this:
what's, in your opinion, the best choice for the next 2k soul ashes?
1) upgrade sephuz's proclamation on my chest to 220 (good: i can play on both disci and holy, bad: i'm not changing 1 bad item to versa+ haste)
2) stay as disci and craft the radiance legendary on my boots (vendor one is versa + mastery) (playing with shattered perceptions and shiny radiace)
3) turn to holy and craft harmonius apparatus to my second ring ( vendor one is versa + crit) (playing with shattered perceprion and focused mending)

My second dubt is this:
1) In the actual patch what do you think is better between holy and disci?

From the discipline i really like the pain suppression, ma n its huge, even if stunned, pw: barrier, even if most of the people run out f that making me mad, and the radiance, but i got the feeling that on healings disci priest is so lower than holy, and i feel like mana managment sucks on disci (but maybe its me)
On holy i like serenity, the guardian spirit and the archangel, i got the feeling that holy in general has far away more healing than disci, and i got the feeling that even use less mana, but i doen't have stuffs liek the pais suppression that are crucial in some arena's spots

So sorry to everyone to make you waste 5 mins of your life reading this, but maybe this can be helpful for even other people.

Has holy playstyle changed much in 9.1? Or is this guide still 100% viable?
