  1. Makes sense. When lifting, after about an hour and x number of reps for each muscle group, extra work doesn't build muscle and just increases fatigue and recovery time…

    Muscle memory – it would track that your hand muscles and brain muscle would function similarly. People sleep on the importance of recovering from fatigue and taking breaks. Huge call out there. 👍

  2. i think there should be a small podcast about why its said "your rank doesnt determine you" and/or why people get hardstuck and how to realize when your making those badhabits because i always see myself struggle with realizing when its bad and good because someone just tells me "you made it hard for yourself"
