  1. Just realize, if you are not a professional streamer/sportsmen who earns money, having fun is your target, not winning or loosing or raiting. If you don’t have fun – just quit wow and do something else

  2. I've been 2k 2.1k multiple times on a few different classes, but idk about you guys with real arena anxiety. I get like too much adrenaline rush/anxiety, almost shakey and it kind of messes you up. I learned to sub consciously focus on my breathing and that helps keep you a little more lvl in those crazy moments. Lil different from what hydra was saying, but hope it helps

  3. CBD is a literal hack for anxiety. I got CBD gummies from CBD Lion (not a sponsor) and now I queue arena for hours completely calm and in control. I even sleep like a baby after.

  4. My way is to stop caring about anything, just play better next time, trying to see where shit goes bad for me and of course ignore shit talking even when it was my fault, i do need to hear it was my fault but how i could made it better, trial and error, sadly not many people play by that standard, two loses and they're out lol
