In my opinion the German government got it wrong when they retired the "GEPARD", thinking it would be useless against new types of weapons…
AND NOW they see how "new" wars being fought, they don't want it admit to made that mistake
surprisingly now is there a "NEW" system, with many evil disadvantages!!!
they could have given the "GEPARD" a modernization without wasting tons of money
By the way, what is shown in the video, the "GEPARD" was able to do this 50 years ago….
because the TARGET DRONES are not much larger than these Iranian attack drones…. a "simple" upgrade of the cannon and the software would have been cheaper

This is a very dubious video which shows many video clips of weapon systems that have nothing to do with the spoken word or the system itself ("Centurion" C-RAM was shown when describing the Boxer "Sky ranger" / the MLG has nothing to do with it either / "Patriot" SAM is shown when talking about IRIS-T and exploding tanks also have nothing to do with the system… Don´t react to such click baiting collages but rather to the videos of the armed forces or manufacturers of these systems. These are much more reliable in relation to the technology shown. 🙂

When the words „Supersonic“, destroy everything“, self-sufficient, cruise missiles (among others) being said with an almost cheerful voice, it immediately should make people understand the gravity behind it or at least make them wonder what an echo really means. There are always details we aren‘t supposed to see or hear and we sure enough want our troops to come back unharmed. As long as people still define freedom as a moment in time they could discuss everything, they are wrong. It is a pretty naive way to think about „clicks and followers“ at the same time instead of listening to experiences of other generations to learn wether that makes sense or not. They can’t really focus anymore and that will put them in harms way. For quite some time I was trying to get through to too many people and 48 to 50 are listening. Some reply but the majority can’t pay attention for 5 minutes straight unless they are served nonsense. We need laughter and fun to balance out the stuff all of us are served on a constant basis and I get that. At the same time I won’t quit reminding them (and hopefully myself) that there are topics that need to be talked about. Such as food, water supply and aid for people who are facing horror in this very moment. Mothers who can’t feed their babies anymore since they too are underfed, fathers and sons that are missing in action so to speak just like it will attract criminals and what they will be doing is ripping words like „Hope“ out a collective memory. People coming this direction and they are traumatized and scared. The next wars are just around the corner and and it will most likely be happening in Africa and there’s enough chaos going on already. That will scare Europeans and that they can switch from harmless into another gear is a fact. Just as much as it will help others to have an argument to stock up their private artillery 3 to 6 times over. And this would strengthen the base of right wing „politicians“ and dictators that have nothing else on their minds but distract people and feed the greed (<— add those 3 words to a rap if you please but make sure people comprehend that it is a warning). Could you try to tell those who are listening about good things everybody might miss or have a a map of the continent and what people would play, food they enjoy or areas that they really would like to be at? That they can feel scared or feel homesick! That they would not mind to work or help as soon as they regain strength. That they are kind people who laugh, like to smile and love a nice cup of tea, prefer freedom and kindness, if they had a chance. That women get fair chances and men aren’t humiliating them? I know it might come across as a stereotype but I pick it for our aunt Lucy‘s sake. Did you read the National Geographic Magazine a few decades ago? Well, I did. Lucy was given her name by archeologists and became world famous. Yes, Lucy! A „She“! And intact enough as well. They also called her “The mother of mankind” THE only proof until they found her that was definitely able to walk and didn’t have to depend on climbing up trees anymore. Her bone structure and feet left no doubt about it: She was able to walk and even those who were sceptical did have to admit it. So we are humans and have something in common. That also means that we need to find out how to work together, try to come up with an almost waterproof way to filter out the scrupulous or vicious “offspring” since they couldn’t care less. There might just be something that is making it a bit complicated and has nothing to do with the color of our skin. That might be a bit more difficult and could be called Culture Clash or Religion and a lack of Respect or opportunities to learn, the will to realize that Belief and Reason are not necessarily enemies and the computer on the palm of people’s hands can be helpful unless it makes them blind and deaf for the reality around them or mercy, hope and equality will call it quits and go on strike…(for good) in the name of Mother Nature!
