I'm pretty sure Revenant's Bounty hunter stacks are either just per kill, or he can get one stack on the first kill of each unique hero. Either way the dude would get like 900g off hero kills in T3 ult in Paragon so 50g per stack isn't that wild.
I don't know that he will be a hyper carry, if we look at Draven, he generates a lot of gold, but he doesn't scale as well as other ADCs and has low range.
It all depends upon how strong that crit bonus passive is, but he doesn't have a combat ultimate, (an ultimate that does damage) so I would say it's designed to be balanced that way. Isolation is strong don't get me wrong, but it sucks if he is behind and can't kill anyone.
The way I see it working out is that Revenant is always stronger than other ADCs, but other adcs should outshine him at moments with their ults.

I don't think hiring youtubers is the solution right now, because even as core players it is obvious there are issues. I think it is better people don't know right now, if the followers can play the game (lets say 10k) then I think it is good time for ads.

Meh hit masters on NA and i stopped playing , the match making is a complete and utter joke , now we got wukong running around in the air exploiting , the minions and decreased movement speed was a start but i rather see it return to original speed and decrease the movement speed in sprint mode even further .
Jelly, nope. Taunt and Charm aren't literally the same.
Taunt forces the target to move towards you while basic attacking (it FORCES them to basic attack you while moving towards you)
Charm forces the target to walk harmlessly towards you (I think it slows too? But that wouldn't be as big of a deal since the fact that you force them to walk harmlessly towards you is already a harder CC than slowing)
And ofc you being a good moba player would know that in macro plays these two have big differences.
Like I'd like to see Greystone getting a Taunt, not a Charm, because as a warrior/frontliner I might have a reflect item/passive/ability that would harm the enemy adc that I'm gonna taunt and force to hit me, or an item that benefits me if I get basic attacked.
OP smite could be fixed by the old paragon model, instead of scaling with character level it scales with uses. Make it a commitment if your team wants multiple.
