Im not hating on this if they do decide to make this rocket league 2 but I recently got back into rocket league after not playing since highschool and I’m not gonna lie if they shut down servers for Rl1 I’m definitely not making the switch just not my kinda game but so far but I guess I’ll wait an see cause so far it looks like something you’d play with your friends at 3 am drunk🤣. Edit:this comment is a joke

  29. is this seriously rl2?? i get everyone in the comments is trying to be funny and ironic, but this looks terrible. i mean i guess i get it's still in alpha 1.0, but even so this looks like a ripoff mobile game, its honestly kind of pathetic. also for unreal engine 5 these graphics look terrible. I'm seriously so glad I quit playing rocket league because this is a complete joke. i can't imagine anyone actually switching to this from rocket league 1. if you really want to play this trash just play rocket league mobile. it literally already exists.

    also im not surprised lethamyr got paid by psyonix to COMPLETELY shill the absolute shite out of this. it's so obvious he's just complimenting everything because he has to so his check doesn't bounce. kind of lost all respect for you after this man. I hope it was good money at least and maybe you can learn from this and be better.

Nah, surely people aren't actually saying that this is an improvement from rocket league right now, I don't know if I speak for myself but when I heard they are realising rocket leauge on unreal engine 5 I was expecting something like: added underglow, more detailed decals, goal explosions, toppers and maybe even more advanced maps. And this is horrible in my opinion as its a completely different game. There is no correlation between rocket league and rocket league 2. Personally it's not my style and many of you might like it, but they didn't improve the game, they completely changed it
