  1. Don't really agree with a lot of the issues that was raised in this video. If there is one gripe I do partially agree with, it is that the Cafe Fourteen mission could use a few more armed suspects instead of just having one. That would do the map more justice as it does have the potential to be a very tense co-op PVE experience, but sadly only has one suspect who, once you have him in custody or neutralized, it pretty much ends the action of the mission.

But for the bomb timer, smaller map, more ambient music, etc., those issues sound very run and gun gaming mentality, and I don't believe that was the intention of the game developers in the first place.

Personally, for a game in pre-access stage, I think it is pretty damned good, especially from an indie game developer. I believe some of the game's potential has already been reached, and the game is still on the way to greater heights.

On the point "the game is not for everyone", I don't really see that as cocky behaviour. The ARMA series is most definitely not a game for everyone, yet the game is soaring (I'm a diehard ARMA fan, too). I think the same can be said for ZH, just as it was for the R6 series from Raven Shield and before.

    Peace out.

  2. Theres actually a update for new operation.
They recording voice commands for people who dont have mic, add a cutscene for every coop mission so that it can tell us more bout the story, inventory system, new weapon, attachments, maps, and more!

  3. Dude it's literally a fucking $12 game they're trying their best with that much money, why the fuck are you bitching about it? why the fuck are you asking a Triple A production for that much money? what the actual fuck.

  4. I should clarify some things.

I've never really hated or had a problem the devs (aside from stolen assets which was resolved recently) but I kept getting messages about how these devs seemed to have a different face when talking to people who aren't content creators. I've heard that they are Johnny on the Spot when content creators complaining or Critiquing but when its an average player who has an issue they don't do didly. I'll admit that I fucked up this video because I forgot the most important thing. Screenshots, I should of waited but I was in a rush at the time to put out content and didn't feel like waiting for people to send me their caps. They would tell me about how they were treated but never showed me evidence of foul play. There were numerous people telling me about it so I figured that there was something to it. So I made this video with problems that I still have with the game just to let the devs know that they aren't perfect yet But again because I didn't show screenshots so this video makes me look like I didn't do research and I'm a bad faith actor. I screwed up and I hope I don't do that next time…

  5. “This game lacks a soundtrack” maybe when you’re sneaking through someone’s house, you want to listen to as much shuffling as possible without having some dollar store soundtrack playing?

  6. stumbled upon this video. good stuff said, but holy fuck you need to space your timing on the next sentence. even more recent videos its still the same. Like seriously, do you just speed talk to everyone?

  7. "theres no soundtrack" lmaooo im sure every SWAT officer and spec ops agent is bumping their fav album b4 they kick some terrorists door down XD u sound like a hater man if u want soundtrack go play COD or listen to your own music this is not that type of game

  8. 2:35 I felt that the lack of music made it just that much more immersive than having some horror sound track over it. This aint resident evil and I doubt the mad doctor would actually have horror music running in there 24/7, so where should it come from? why would there be music?

Edit: yeah no after having heard the swat 4 music desaster my views have strenthened, there should not be any cheesy random music there thats not actually diegetic.

Edit 2: I'm getting the feeling that the creator of the video just doesnt like the kind of game ZH is, rather than have legitimate criticism. His second point about the map being too big and his third point about the map being to convoluted are both points that act as a major driver in increasing the "realism" in the game. They aim to showcase a situation in which the suspect unfortunately didnt just pick the most convenient hideout to clear out, how bad. There exist games that are more to the creators liking, but they are just meant to be more similar to arcade type shooters, exactly what neither the developers nor the bigger part of the playerbase wants from the game.

  9. I think cafe 14 is probably one of the best experiences ive had, is because it is very suspenseful for the 1st time, in the 2nd or 3rd its pretty decent but not as good.

And the large buildings are pretty good, its realistic, i mean sure the maps are big, but i think its realistic for an abandoned/evacuated building
