Clover can sometimes spawn a little further down the road so be sure to check. I've seen her spawn to the right of the cliff with the tree on it.

Be sure to watch for sparkly stones for an easy extra $1000 from stardust. Also if you have a nearby swam of pokemon, check it each time, they reroll shiny chance each time you pop out to the village and back!

Lastly there is an Alpha Blissey on top of the mountain to the east across the river. If you're also interested in XP farming that's a good place to pick up some extra XP and grit while you're here.

There's a couple rare Pikachu spawns along the path you're checking for the sisters (to the left of the road as you're going south looking for Clover). So keep an eye out if you still need a Pikachu.

From my experience, once sisters have level 64 Pokémon, you then start getting 5 nuggets instead of 4.
