Best normal type currently is Arboliva imo. STAB hyper voice is obviously good for throat spray stuff, + it has a couple of conditionally normal moves that it'd want to run anyway, weather ball on some sun teams if you're running it on that, and terrain pulse which is usually going to be either a 100 bp grass stab when grassy terrain is up or a 50 bp normal stab when terrain isn't up. while obviously you prefer terrain pulse to be in terrain keeping stab on it is nice to have. Tera blast off of the 125 base spa is also an option for a conditional normal move.

QOTD: Maushold is pretty solidly the best Normal type atm unless you count Dragonite lmao

There is a surprising lack of good pure normal types in the Paldea dex. Dudunsparce has my vote though

You can put gravity on chansey and you dont need the snow for hitting blizzard. Also hydro pump has 100% accuracy, and you can also spam other low accuracy moves, like thunder, focus blast, dragon rush and stone edge.
