It’s worth noting that it is possible to loot this mount by helping someone kill Hirukon. However, the drop chance will be very low if you were not the one who fished it up. It’s only guaranteed for those who went through this whole process.
I stumbled into a group killing Hirukon and jumped in yesterday and got the mount. Very pleasant surprise as I had no idea at the time that this boss had a mount drop.

I was able to collect the first 2 items but I cant seem to see the last one in Vashj, I went to the location but it not there. any clue?
So I just summoned him today and did not receive the mount, can't tell if this is a bug or not but I was in a party when Hirukon was summoned
do you need herbalism to loot the coilclutch vine? because i tried getting it and i couldnt loot it from the same location as you did. if you could reply to me that would be great. thank you.
Hotfixes: (28/02/2022)
1. Fixed an issue where players only had a chance to loot the Deepstar Polyp from Hirukon once a day, even if they completed the puzzle and returned to defeat Hirukon again that day.
2. The Coilclutch Vine for the Deepstar Polyp puzzle is now visible across all phases.
3. Zereth Mortis’s aurelid mounts will now properly move at a ground mount speed appropriate to your Riding skill when used in areas where flying is prohibited.
4. Players who already obtained the Deepstar Aurelid mount may now receive another lure for Hirukon once a week by speaking with Vashj. (30/03/2022)

Ouch – Sound is so low I've got it turned up both in Yt and on my system to max and can hardly make out what you're saying. Also it would have been helpful to remind ppl how to get to old Outland. But good instructions other than those two issues. Now if I could just suggest you give detailed on how to make a base legendary item lvl 7. Not how to upgrade an item but make the lvl 7 base item. My crafting profession only shows level 1 and not how to get it to 7. Like where do you learn it. I think I have all the mats to do it, just can't find instructions on how to do it. That would be most appreciated. Also "kayla's grave" isn't marked on a map so coord would have been nice – leaving a video to go look up where something is at because it's not clear … meh.

In the last week I have probably fished for a total of 34 hours… I am yet to fish up a Strange Goop. I'm close to giving up and just buying it out of the AH for the 250K they're asking for. I really don't want to because I've never made much gold in WoW in all the years I've played and that will take a HUGE chunk of what I have, but I feel determined like I have to have this damn mount. lol.

I have cast 2300 times. I have so much lost sole that the AH goblin told me to start dumping it in the harbor of SW. I have yet to get this mythical goop.

Took me a total of 2798 casts. 1600 sole and many other fish lol. All together about 14 hours of fishing
Man was I lucky. Just barely 500 casts to get the Goop.
it took me about 9-10h to get the goop and i got the mount today! tysm lady <3

Wait, the mount is 100% drop chance if you yourself have the lure. Why didn't it drop?
so if i get ganked (which did happen) while summoning the jellyfish and i no longer have the item and also didnt get any of the loot, will vashj give me another? she sais he would be able to but i dont see the option and im hoping you have the answer

Seems like the Strange goop is impossible to get at this time. Why does this never drop? I casts like 6432 times now,. Non – This is bull shit. I used days to farm that shet
The flipper fish school will not spawn, do I need to do all of Nazjatar content, or am I just unlucky?
