Your take on the Steam deck controls is downright garbage.
Glad someone said….this thing is awesome 😎 but the price is horrible for most people I like when the well off and less fortunate can enjoy something equally and owning both an Aya Neo 2022 (currently) and steam deck (not currently) I miss the deck didn't realize what I was giving up just to play Call of duty

If they focused on making the AyaNeo more user friendly, straight out the box plug & play, etc. then I think more people would be inclined to take that leap of faith & make the investment. But they need to build some trust & security in their products & services. Totally understand the pricing but for ease of use, I'd have to opt with the Switch every time, but for wider availability of gaming options & customisability, I'd go Steam Deck (although that takes a bit of finessing which isn't really accessible for people who are gamers but not really IT/tech savvy, & the two don't always go hand in hand). Yes but still expensive that's the problem. Yeah, we all know selling is much cheaper because we use steam library to buy games but you don't hide the fact that Aya Neo is so expensive no one wants to talk about it even if the device is great.

Valve has done in the handheld PC market what Nintendo have been doing with consoles and the switch. Created a handheld that just works and is efficient enough to out perform higher spec rivals.
I was sceptical at first. Ended up doing a pre order but thinking I'd spend out double when the Ayaneo new model was released.
Instead, I've been blown away how well it works. It's not as big and bulky to use as it looks and the SteamOS works really well. I wouldn't be surprised if this out performs some higher end hardware for a while yet. Very happy to have been proved wrong with the steam deck!

the big challenge for companies was to "be better than SteamDeck and Nintendo Switch" costing the same price. After all, costing twice as much or triple as much, it's easy to be "better"

10:17 unless you hack the steam deck? Are you serious man . Valve let you do whatever you want with it so you don't need to hack it because because it's already open for you to do anything ( no hacking) plus you can just download plug ins to play the epic store ,gog games, humble bundle; right on the discover channel on desktop mode and just add them to steam. The only store you can't access right from the steam OS would be xbox game pass, at least for now. But you can always dual boot into windows unless that's too hard to do.🤦♂️
We all want it, but it's just not affordable the way the steam deck is. i'll be getting myself one in due time, but that price point in an upcoming recession is a deal breaker currently. I'll stick to my deck for now, which is still great.
Battery life is awful, even in the most taxing triple a games I’d get at least 2 hours on the steam deck full brightness and everything, the screen does look fantastic but windows is not meant for these things man, I do think some videos of people putting steam deck os on this would be great to see

I ordered the free samples thinking I was going to get mango and pineapple flavours to see whether it was worth buying the tub because those are my favourite flavours but they end up sending completely different flavours which didn’t even taste nice. This is very disappointing to see from one of your sponsors wood. They wouldn’t even do anything about it. It literally states on their website 3 specific flavours but now they are claiming you get random flavours smh
