Lol you got spoiled by that one library item which enhances other books you got a few runs back. Thats the reason why your item giving books were lasting for the entire floor I forgot the name of the book which powers up the other ones but its from that library extended mod I think.

the amount of times you're finding Eternal D10 in the item room, as well as items in Shops sometimes not being from the shop item pool really makes me think one of your mods is broken and messing with the item pools somehow, maybe it could even be related to why the External Item Descriptions on those items are messed up
