Max special atk rabsca with focus sash, running speed swap and revival blessing got me to singles masterball tier, tank first hit then speed swap to guarantee your faster then use revival blessing , it's basically a guaranteed revive every game (or even a potential rabsca sweep if they don't attack) plus you slow down their pokemon and basically set up a easy kill or enemy switching out ( even if it sacrifices poor rabsca )
