29 Gedanken zu „Austausch der EZ-FLASH Omega-Batterie“
  1. off topic question: A few months ago I installed an all in one lcd screen from aliexpress (one with brightness control) for my GBC, when I change the brightness to one step under the max brightness and one step above of when the backlight is off I get a loud hum/buzz that increases in volume the dimmer the back light becomes. I have this problem for both the speaker and the headphone out. is the a fix to remove/reduce this humm?

  2. I curse companies that solder the battery to things, just makes replacing them more difficult than it should be. I need to replace the battery in my Dreamcast but don't own a soldering iron to get the job done, why can't it be as easy as changing the battery in the Saturn.

  3. Gee, only after watching your movie, I found out that in ez flash omega the battery is soldered. (Ez flash omega has been at home for a month, but I'm waiting for gba sp, tomorrow-day after tomorrow it should finally be) Before, I had a "Game Color" flash card (to GBC), and I could normally take it out there. Please write what battery is needed for ez flash omega? Ps. It is a pity that there is no battery holder in the ez flash omega.

  4. Do the batteries leak? I just bought mine a few months ago – I am not worried about the battery dying in the next year or two but if my battery dies should I remove it from the board? Or is it safe to leave there?

  5. I just soldered the tab of a CR1616 to the positive terminal and ran a wire from the negative terminal to the negative tab. The battery life is FAR superior and the JUST fits into the case without an issue. These damn CR1220s are too damn small.

  6. i cant exactly find the battery with legs like that, most of which are horizontally not side by side. where do you get yours? im lookin on ebay. or is it okay if i used the horizontal one and ran a wire through it?

  7. I bought three CR1220 batteries, but their front side looks very similar to their back side. In this video it looks like there is some black disc (insulation?) at the back.
Are my batteries safe to solder to the motherboard or would I need to use tape?
