  1. Mate, i went from low 48s in Monza with 2018 Porsche ( no Front Splitter, old Aero ), to 51s / 52s.

And I'm still on the same Custom Setup.
Seems like the new Ferrari seems to be the fastest car at the moment yo.

My guess is, Kunos wants you to spend Money on the new cars for the first few weeks of their release, once done so, they will update the BOP again.

  2. The BOP for the Ferrari is a weird one, as there needs to be more irl data to properly set it. Only Monza, I believe. As for the Lambo, it suffers on top speed irl since the new change with the top air scoop. The engine is starving for air, so it makes sense they would nerf the Lambo to match the irl BOP. It may make little sense for the game, tbh but they do use the real-world bop to model the bop in the game.

  3. I’m honestly thinking of jumping ship to another sim. I don’t want to drive the damn Ferrari. Whoever works on BOP there needs to find a new job. It’s so simple, all they had to do was the reverse. ADD weight not reduce it. unbelievable

  4. All i can say is that i ADORE the new update. On all of the tracks except Valencia i drive the Audi and my times on 90% of them dropped by 1-1.5 secs. Now i can finally compete with the so called aliens and it's quite fun. The only ones where i am slower are Imola, Hungaroring and Nurburgring – all track where riding the curbs is essential. At Valencia there is simply no beating the new Porsche. The way it rides the track, nothing else even comes close to it.

  5. No offense but I don't know where you found the BoP pastebin without also getting the context of the buffs and nerfs, but I'll clarify some of it.

The BoP changes follow the SRO esports round at Monza, Kunos are (allegedly) balancing the BoP according to those top level results.
Therefore these +/- kgs were only supposed to be for Monza.

A BoP group is like "EU A" which you already know is Monza. Some BoP groups include multiple tracks in the same group. If you make changes to the BoP of one of the tracks in that group, it makes the same change to all the others.

The problem with the Ferrari is that it doesn't have proper BoP groups yet. Monza is in the same group as 7 other tracks. Kunos wanted to buff the ferrari on Monza and Monza alone, but because of the grouping it also got buffed on 7 other tracks. Something Aris claims they will fix starting next week.

As for the lambo, the only relatively competitive races I've seen it take part in are: SRO Monza (Lambo was fastest non-merc), LFM Pro Laguna (lambo was one of the fastest cars) and LFM Pro Spa (before this BoP update hit, lambo was the second fastest car, just behind merc).
The nerf seems way too significant though. The Lambo didn't need nerfing in my opinion, just like the ferrari didn't need buffing.

  6. It's pretty wierd bop hotfix as everyone watching gt world knows amg is domination the scene and audi isn't far away and last we see some porsche trying to win but in kunos world we see those cars not being good and a new ferrari being a supercar? Italian bias in a game world.

But the biggest problem is that epsorters can pick any car in any race and they all do a full caster / no suspension glitch setups and always pick the fastest car on certain tracks. Kunos need to make the glitch setups unplayable and then all leagues need to lock a car for the whole season, then they at least can make it less bad then it is now
