Why would spell hit be last priority? If you miss your spells then it doesn't matter how much of any other stat you have?

I have one question: can you make a video about classes that actually work good/best with only or mostly pvp items?
I was minmaxxing classic/tbc and tried to pvp (was huge pvp nerd before) but i couldnt handle the double minmax-attitude so i quit the game at all. now i want to come back but ONLY for pvp and still be relevant in terms of raiting gaining – because i can remember that for some classes you needed the edge of pve items for the double sockets and stat advantage etc.
i think this could be really helpful for a lot of people!

not sure why locks are considered easy. Pet management, multiple forms of CC to keep track of and dish out, devour magic for allies, and limited mobility. It all seems like a lot to manage and keybind.
