Imagine playing Warlock in Shadowlands facepalm
Waaaaaaaaait, I need to call you guys out. Picking Inner Demons makes 0 sense here. Grimoire: Felguard provides you with an additional stun and decent damage, while Inner demon is just weak overall. Who made this list ?!?
Finally! God I was so disappointed to see only destro lock/fire mage in your great guides, but now seeing affliction and demo (even tho they are shit in pvp) makes it so much better! Now I’m waiting for frost/arcane mage!!

I think its weird how you don't mention playing night fae as Demo. You don't have to go necro to play demo. Night fae is arguable better in both 2s and 3s.

warlock class has the worst pvp mechanics and annoying gameplay possible… saying this as a lock main for 10 + years
I truly believe lock is the worst class in the game (I think most lock will agree with me). You have to work so much harder than melees and you still probably lose, they need to be changed.
Those awkward moments when you say unhealable damage after watching an out of mana healer out heal affliction damage for over 3 minutes at 0% mana.
Playing warlock has never been so painful. Its extreamly hard to set up a kill when u have to work around 10 enemy defensive/kick options. Meanwhile meeles doing more dmg from instant skills.

I've been running affliction in PvP for the last 3 months or so… It's too damn painful. Legendaries are lackluster, so are conduits and covenants, they feel unimpactful. Oh and I have to mention that as an Affliction warlock you literally have to waist like 5 GCDs to start dealing ANY damage… Meanwhile the warriors (Rogues, Paladins, DKs, DHs, Monks) just press 1 button to get in your face and 1 more button to chunk you for 5-10k, LOL XD
Plus the damage from your base dots feels unimpactful. You waist 3 globals and 1.2 sec cast time to apply 3 DoTs, which can be easily healed by only 1 druid HoT.
And I'm not even mentioning the meme spells you have as Aff warlock, like the shadow bolt (which has a cast time of 1.7 sec and deals 750 dmg LMFAO – and I currently have 220 PvP gear with 23% haste)…..feelsbadman
So if you are considering to play warlock in PvP – just go play mage/SP/Boomkin or even Ele sham 😀
A little confused on your Corrupting Leer conduit pick. Games don't really last long enough to get a second Darkglare out even with that conduit. The Malefic Rupture one will at least get some use

For Demo: why do you recommend the talent "demonic strength" and using the pvp talent "pleasure from pain." That's a huge contradiction. Either I missed something or the pvp talent DOES NOT buff demonbolt's dmg which is shadowflame dmg, not shadow dmg. And even if I am wrong and it does buff Demonbolt, the logistics and dmg of the bilescourgue bombers is still inferior to "Demonic Strength" in most situations.
Not convinced about Condensed anima sphere tho, i played it quit a bit and looked at the number threw details, nothing really impressive to be honest

great guide! but i have one more question, ¿what legendary is the best for affliction?
people in the comments saying you have to work hard for kills clearly don't understand how demo works. its pretty easy to 1 shot people in a few globals with minimal effort. plus only a 45 sec cooldown on massive burst. it also its a insanely tanky spec and has some of the most cc in the game on 3 separate drs. but im not complaining, the fact most people don't understand what the spec is capable of just makes it that much better 😉
When aff lock has access to all warlock dots including the CURSE of doom. I'll come back. Why all specs don't have all curses baseline I'll never understand. A talent or 2 to increase dots times/function wouldn't hurt either. So in conclusion, I won't be coming back 😂 enjoy boys.
demo warlocks are gods now i seent it
