I had a very similar encounter once on Mos Eisley at night. I was Obi-Wan with the Robes attire and he was Maul with the Old Master attire. He was in the back of the map waiting for me and I approached him, both with our sabers off. We exchanged emotes:
Maul: Kenobi! Obi-Wan: Maul! Maul: At last I shall have my revenge Obi-Wan: Your move!
We then ignited our sabers, did a circle while blocking, and did our duel. We changed the Canon though because that Maul was a max and he whooped me 🤣
