The person that I'm writing about has a very poor diet. There are different foods that could cause an unhealthy diet like eating too many sweets, consuming a large amount of fats, not eating enough or eating too much. There are a lot of diseases that could be caused by a poor diet for example: tooth decay, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease , stroke, type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis. A simple diet can avoid all of these diseases that are very dangerous. However a diet is not the only thing that a human requires; we also need different vitamins. For example vitamin D is absorbed through skin by sunlight.
