There actually is another way to do this! Save your file and just load it and boom! No more bowser!
I tried this near the end of the main story. It worked for a bit, but Bowser was relentless and it was still raining. Gave me a slight break though. So, trick cannot be used to create clear skies when you have around 40 cat shines

Just beat the game and omg it was so annoying when you’re in the middle of platforming for a certain cat shine and he’s spitting fire at you . I started locating the easiest shines and collecting them right when he showed up sometimes jus to get rid of him

I wouldnt recommend this for a first playthrough. Fury Bowser's spikes can give you new pathways and interesting methods of completing areas you wouldnt get otherwise.
Also hes necessary for 100% completion, thats also a reason
It just started raining when I left and then he came back immediately then I tried getting a shine but he was still there is this a glitch it’s been going on for 3 days now and i don’t know what to do

this is all well and good but we shouldn’t have to do this. this is one of the couple things i hate about bowser’s fury, he’ll spawn randomly even when you’ve completed the story, meaning that you can barely explore and have fun at the same time.
I noticed this myself when I was playing Bowser's Fury…

Also, In world 1 and 2 (World 1 if u get 100 Catshines,) You can go to the cloud to make him Dissappear. Also, it won't work when you get 45 Catshines. And I knew that too! That gives me an idea..Maybe I can make a Trolling Fury Bowser video
