Tbh feral is getting a huge MS effect and with the 1 min convoke cd legendary they can have almost 70% uptime on the mastery buff with niya. Jungle might be on the come up considering they were already strong
You forgot ferals are getting mortal strike also, Jungle will be even more fun now ;]
