  1. I got my omega last year and only used it for a bit (on my ds lite), but I read your post and saw It can transfer pokemon to pal park. $100 is something to think about so I would consider it if people are gonna use it on a ds.

  2. Man I would have loved to see the bennvenn flashcart compared as well. The Elcheapo SD. No clue how much power it sucks up, but it's one of the few games I can get to work on my poorly modded GBA that has an IPS that just sucks power like none other.

  3. I have never used flash carts before but I wanted to keep my pokemon and dbz games in one cart. Is the ODE too much? Is there another option that is cheaper or easier? lol Sometimes I want to bring my GBA SP when I travel but carrying all the games is annoying.

  4. I have a question that i couldn't find the answer to online. I've been playing on pizza boy pro emulator and I've just ordered an ez flash omega. Do you know if I Can port my .sav files onto the flash card to keep my saves?

  5. Have you had freezing issues with the EZ ODE? I was sent a sample from EZFlash but it randomly freezes…..sometimes after minutes, sometimes after hours. The power usage seems way better then the original omega, not worried about saves, but I don’t trust it. Like a ticking time bomb. Never know when its going to stop.

  6. You think there will be another one? ez flash omega

I got the original omega. It was alright. One of my sd card stopped
working for some reason. I got another one works ever since.
There was a capability issue. It was ok but even less with cheats and
savestats enabled, which kinda sucked. Is it better now with the new
    one?
    Needs a gb mode.
    That switch doesn't look sturdy.
Needs gyro for kirby tilt and tumble.
Should of put solor as well. Most of those games have patched versions now with a patch found on the net.
    Rumble is cool.
    This looks cool thou.

  7. Nice video, the rate of power consumption is based on the chips used. The Omega uses the most, because reading and writing to a micro sd card requires a lot more power than a standard cart. Also, the omega's battery will probably always fail, because the device charges the internal battery while playing. The problem with this approach is the cartridge draws a lot of power, and the battery becomes ruined over a short period depending on usage. The battery becomes ruined, because Li-ion cells should be discharged before charging, otherwise a voltage drop appears and the battery loses capacity.

  8. OMG. EZ Flash is very cheap but the startup power consumption is a joke.
Ez Flash Jr + Game Boy Pocket + IPS Screen = the console cannot start.
Ez Flash Jr + Game Boy Pocket + Original Screen = the console only works for one hour. Then there are problems with startup and saving the game…

  9. Hey, I've recently noticed my EZFlash Omega got warped due to overheating. I've got more than a few mods on a couple of gba's. Besides removing mods, can you think of anything I should do to mitigate the risk of overheating my omega? Would re-capping be the best route?

  10. Hello, Makho. I have Game Boy Advance with IPS screen and I want to buy a EZ-Flash Omega DE. What rechargeable batteries 1.2V should I buy? IKEA Ladda 2450mAh or Eneloop Pro 2500mAh will be ok?
