If you take everything from the safe the legendary spawn will stop because you can't loot the vault again 😑
How can you carry 8 lock Picks? I can only carry 3
That’s not true at all, I did about 15 times always taking everything and it still respawned
If you turn left after leaving the fire station there and go through the build in the distance there is a break in the fence so you can get there quicker

The legendary loot respawned for me anytime I started a new mission or completed a safehouse mission. Finish a mission, head to that spot…new legendary.
I've just been trying this and for me it doesn't matter if I take all or look at my inventory, it's always respawning for me.
I prefer to farm legendary weapons from the sporting goods store. It costs 1 rewire instead of 2 lock picks and about the same time.
Fast travel to sedgewick safehouse, exit the safehouse and turn around and run to the sporting goods store. Break through the window and run to the back right of the store, directly below the stairs. This is also where a 1 time legendary shotgun spawns. Go through the door to the back room and pick the door immediately to your right, once open there is a lockpick in the room you just opened on the bottom right of the desk, next to the bathroom. Free lockpick replacement. Then use a rewire kit on the safe in this room. 100% legendary every time. Quit out and reload. Make sure you have at least 1 rewire kit. Rinse and repeat. Cheaper and just as fast.

There's also one in the lighthouse at the top right of the map
The way it works for regeneration, if you feel like you have no space after attempting this after once or twice you can look at your load out before going back to the location and sell your unnecessary stuff and go back and do what you did before

You can check and delete your inventory multiple times and it still works. Just don't take everything out of the safe, always leave ammo or something in there and it'll keep on spawning
Still working right now for me and I don’t even have to loot everything just the weapon
As of May 6th, this appears to no longer work, the safe is cracked open. This was on 2 separate accounts on Series X consoles.
Once this stops working will it eventually reset ?
Has this been patched? I just tried today but now the safe is open and won’t let me do it no more 😢
