I don't think ultra stamp will be hurt too bad since new kraken has terrible dps and no projectile, which are stamp's best features, but considering the amount of startup and endlag on the reefslider being comparable to new kraken, it seems to have no niche now, as kraken seems way better for pushing through choke points
