It isn’t like we read the books either; we only collect them and watch them gather dust. The house Asmon lives in is supposedly like $400k since it was purchased in the 90’s for about $40k. You would have to upgrade your living arrangement with such a steep jump in prices.

I live the same. I love it.
I lived like this before. Only eating, sleeping working and gaming. I said to myself "it only takes time, it's easier and faster if I only clean once in awhile" but that's bullshit. Now we have two kids that could eat off the floor (and baby's sometimes do if they are faster than you). Asmon calls it time optimization. Don't find excuses to be lazy. Just do what you need to do when you see it.
