That first teammate misunderstood when you said he had to carry. He thought that meant he was solo, and turned into a plat trying to handle everything himself.
Your text to a teammate should be precise: "We will defend and set you up, but only you are allowed to score."
This comment won’t get more than ten likes
I feel like saying "We can't score, you score" might be a little confusing because the other teammate might think you guys will only play as goalies and that'll lead to them doing solo-plays and not being ready for passing plays. Maybe a change of wording might help like "We'll set it up for you, you can only score" or smth along those lines

Hey leth had an idea for a video, it’s a regular 2v2 match, however on one side it’s a player for both teams, so one orange player would be on orange team and the other on blue team. I think it would be cool to see the strategies like bumping for kickoff that would appear from this type of game. Having pros play it would be fun to watch aswell

leth, idk if you noticed this but psyonix changed the profile picture for console players to the epic games one, and that makes it imposibile to tell witch players are console now. and you know that when you text a console player in chat they can't see that
